the location of makkah towers was perfect - just a 5-minute walk to masjid al-haram. i got an extended check-out time, and the room was kept clean by Mr. Imran who was really responsive. the food at breakfast was delicious - especially the paratha and chicken ball curry.

I chose Makkah Towers for its convenient location near the King Fahad Gate and Abraj Al-Bait Towers. But I was pleasantly surprised by the five delicious on-site restaurants offering seasonal menus, gluten-free options, and a children's menu. The Arabian and International cuisines were carefully crafted and the El Etlalah Restaurant provided a relaxing ambiance to enjoy sandwiches, pizzas, and pasta.

stayed for 5 days in partial view room at Makkah Towers. Room service was excellent, and we received a warm welcome from reception staff. We asked for a late check out and they accommodated us. the breakfast was good, especially the service from Yasin Hussain and Kareem Allah. We got what we expected, and it was an excellent hotel to stay in.

Spacious rooms, convenient location near the Haram. Smooth check-in and helpful staff. The hot plate in the kitchen was a great convenience for preparing meals. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at a hotel near the Holy Mosque made performing Umrah so much easier. The staff was accommodating, offering a free room upgrade with a Haram view. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The attached mall was a bonus, providing convenient access to money exchange and shopping. The hotel's location near gate Fahd was ideal for performing Umrah.
Tower 6 entrance from the street was busy, but we found a workaround by using the mall entrance. The lack of USB charge option in the power outlets was a minor inconvenience, easily solved by purchasing a converter for just $2.

Ideal location for families, very close to the sacred site, spacious room, friendly staff, variety of shops and dining options.
Felt very welcome, nothing to complain about.
